Do I still have to claim myself as the household head on my income tax return for any tax benefits?

If my 25 years old son, who lives at my house, is working full time; the household has only me and him.  I do not charge him any rent.  In order to maximize any tax benefits available, I wonder if my son's tax return should be reported under my name being the household head, or it is not necessary so he can file it independently, not relating to my tax return.

There is no option on a Canadian tax form to declare yourself the "household head". There is the option to claim your son as a dependant, but as he is an adult working full time, there are no credits that you could get in that situation.
