How do I claim unused tuition from previous years? I have taxes payable because I am self-emplyed, but TurboTax is not claiming any of my tuition amounts.

Tuition credits can’t be applied to reduce a non-tax amount owing, like if you have to make CCP contributions for self-employment income. This is probably why your tuition isn’t zeroing out your taxes owing.
