How do I include ccp benefits into my income?

T4A(p) form does not have box 20 to put in the amount of ccp benefit i received.On the review, it shows zero. I try to go to edit, but it still have nowhere to put in the amount.

You don't input the amount in box 20.  There are other box numbers on the right hand side that divide the amounts into retirement benefits, survivor benefits, etc.  You will probably need to input the amount for box 14.

"probably" is not an answer.  This is not helpful at all  I will use an accountant before I ever use this again

It is an unanswerable question when I can't see your own slip.  They are not all identical.  An accountant is always a good idea.
