How do I NOT clam my tuition on my return and transfer it to my parent. I am already getting a refund without using any of the tuition for myself.

TurboTax will automatically use what it needs to so that you don't have a balance to pay and what is left is with a maximum of $5000 if you have it left is what can be transferred to your parent.  As a student you must claim  your tuition.
