I was never given the option to claim the BC Renter Tax Credit, even though I claimed it last year.  How can I fix this/how can you fix this

 have already filed it, I need you to fix this as this was not MY error, I couldn't negotiate through the forms.

To get to the BC tax credits, on the Tax Home page, click on Provincial, and then click on Provincial tax credits.
