I am a f\t student have only one income to report T4a(p) canada pension plan benefit. when completing my taxes I have zero dollars to pay. Need help with medical expens

When entering my medical expenses nothing changes in the return. Can my parents claim for my medical expenses

The medical expense tax credit is non-refundable, so you can use to reduce the tax that you may have to pay. It can't generate or increase a refund. You also won't be able to claim medical expenses without income. 

 

Your parents might be able to claim your medical expenses on their return, but if not, you may be able to use them next year.
