I entered an RC210, however this amount does not show up on line 41500 of the return generated by Turbotax. What could be the reason? is it okay to proceed or not?

Line 41500 is whichever is less: amount from line 43 or line 48 on the Schedule 6. Line 43 can be Zero if you are not taking the CWB or you are ineligible. 

Also, if you have a spouse/partner and they are claiming the CWB, then the RC210 will go on their return, even if you entered it under your name.
