I filled out the tuition part with my T2202A and it doesnt show any tax refund, am I doing something wrong? Or was it because I didn't fill out my income yet?

The Tuition Amounts you enter are "Non-Refundable Tax Credits" used to reduce any "tax payable" you may owe after entering your income slips. You'll need to enter all your tax slips and then TurboTax will make the calculations and if needed your tuition will be used.

If your tuition is not needed, you will be able to "carry it forward" to use when needed, or transfer it to a family member.

Here's some information from TurboTax about your Tuition Tax Credits: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tips/understanding-tuition-tax-credits-6549
