I had paid Tuition in 2018 and 2019 in Ontario. My carryover and Tuition credits are all Federal and not Provincial. Is this correct or did I miss something?

Ontario eliminated its tuition and education tax credits after 2017. If you had tuition from 2018 or later, you can only claim it federally, and not provincially.

If you had left over Ontario tuition and/or education tax credits from 2017 or earlier, you can still carry those amounts forward.
