I have a tuition receipt but tuition was paid by the institution as my mom is an employee. How do I NOT claim it?

You do not have to claim it if it was paid by someone else. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will use the T2202 in your file to corroborate that you went to school to match the claim for your mother's employer.
