I keep getting error on my T2125.. need to report other self-empl earnings on a separate business statement to ensure CPP contributions calculated properly. Any help?

Get an error that I used the same business statement to report self-employment earnings from a T4 slip and other self employment earnings and that I need to report my other self employment earnings on a separate business statement to ensure CPP contributions are calculated properly.    I can't seem to find what I'm doing wrong here?
