    I'm filling for my retired parents with no income/pension no expense why I was forced to update to premier?

    no income, no pension, no expense but I was asked to upgraded to premier version

    I'm filling for my retired parents with no income/pension no expense why I was forced to update to premier?

    Do they have investment income or foreign income? Ex: Bank interest or a foreign pension? If so, they would need to use TurboTax Premier Online.
