I made contributions to HOOPP; where do put these contributions? I will save on my income tax if I can claim them.?
HOOPP should show in your T4 exactly like your RPP. your contribution will be in Box 20 and yours and your employer combines in Box 52. So there is nothing more than your T4 to report.
