I mistakenly did a contribution to the RRSP last year, I withdrew the money paying taxes (as penalty). Do I have to report that income as RRSP income?

Yes, unfortunately, you will have to report the RRSP withdrawal as income on your 2018 income tax return.  You can also claim the withholding tax.
