When using TurboTax Premier, click on Find in the top right-hand corner, type in RRSP profile, select it and click go. Put a checkmark next to, "Refund received from an RRSP, PRPP, or SPP due to an excess contribution, requiring a T746 form" and click Continue. As you click Continue, you will be directed to the necessary form.
