I want to pension split my husband's pension. Last year the program did it automatically. This program does not do that. Please call and help me. thanks

Please find below, instructions to help you with pension splitting. The link to contact us is also included at the end of the post if needed.

If you are using the TurboTax Online version, you need to:

• Open your return go to Find (magnifying glass) in the upper right corner. 
• Type Pension and select Pension Split with your spouse from the list.
• Click on Go at the bottom right corner. The Pension Splitting screen opens. 
• You can now split your pension with your spouse.

If you are using the TurboTax CD/Download version you need to:

• Open your return go to Find (magnifying glass) in the upper right corner.
• Type Pension and select Split your pension with your spouse from the list.
• Click on Go at the bottom right corner. The Pension Splitting screen opens up: Do you and your spouse or common-law partner jointly agree to split eligible pension income received in 2019?   Select  Yes/No If yes, whose pension will be split?
• Scroll down and click on Continue and answer questions as needed
