If i transferred shares from my investment account, in kind, to my tfsa, why does my t5008 appear as blank?

if i withdrew shares from my investment acount to transfer to my tfsa where do i report this?

If you transferred shares from a non-registered account to a registered account like a TFSA, then you have a deemed disposition of those shares. If you don't have a slip for this transaction, you can enter it in the Capital Gains section. Use the “Find” tool 🔍 to search for “cap”. Select “Capital Gains and Capital Gains Deduction Profile” from the list and then click the “Go” button. 

If your T5008 looks incorrect, then you should contact whoever issued it for clarification.
