If I've overpaid for CPP and EI (already filed) ($3499 and $952), yet I owe $1800 on my return, will CRA refund me the overpayment? Or was that deducted from my return?

Our TurboTax software automatically calculates the CPP and/or EI overpayment and sends it to lines 44800 and 4500 which can be seen in the Detailed Tax Summary, as seen in the image below. Due to continuous changes in these limits, the Canada Revenue Agency often adjusts this and adds it to your refund as you will notice when you receive your Notice of Assessment.
