I did not work in 2019, but I did receive grants + loans from OSAP that I reported in the box 105 T4A sections, as well as scholarships from my university. When I review my file in the warning/error section, I am prompted to verify that I have no income--does OSAP and scholarships count as income?

No, OSAP does not count as income on your tax return as it is non-taxable.
As per CRA ,Grants from OSAP aren't taxable. Under the Income Tax Act, they are exempt from taxes on scholarships and bursaries. As a result, students do not have to report grant money on their tax returns. The Canada Revenue Agency requires the Ministry to issue a T4A for OSAP grants, which is accessed through the student's online account at the National Student Loans Service Centre:
