Do i report resp if my parents withdrew and kept the money?
RESP withdrawal will have a T4A slip. If the withdrawal is for your going to school, the slip will be under your name and you need to report it in your tax. if the withdrawal is early withdrawal or other reason, the slip might be issued under your parents name , then they need to report in their return
