Hello this is Bodour issa writing for the required informations my husband is not in Canada and he doesn’t have a sin number.

To file your Canadian tax return with a non-resident spouse who has no SIN, you must select "Married" status, enter 000-000-000 for their SIN, and report their net world income in Canadian dollars. Because they lack a SIN, you likely cannot NETFILE and must print and mail your return. Enter your spouse's net world income in Canadian dollars. If they had no income, enter 0.

Spouse or common-law partner amount

If you have further questions, we suggest contacting CRA directly at 1-800-959-8281.
