You must use a T4A(OAS) page for OAS and GIS.

1. On the left side, Click on Income
2. Click on T-Slips
3. Click on T4A(OAS) Old Age Security
4. Fill in the details

You must use a T4A(P) entry page for CPP.

1. On the left side, Click on Income
2. Click on T-Slips
3. Click on T4P(P) Canada Pension Plan Benefits
4. Fill in the details

Do not report any of the above Inconme on any slips other than those above.
