I've had a warning flash up that I am claiming Canada Workers Benefits and I am not eligible, what section is CWB under so I can review this

I am a non Canadian resident - I lived in Canada 2023 01 Jan - 15 June and am filing for this time

Click on the Review button to the right of the warning.

Click Applies to me to fix the warning.

Then you will get a page were you can choose not to claim the  Canada Workers Benefit (CWB).
