Tuition for one child works but the other is not the right amount anyone know how to fix or having the same issue?

One childs transfer of $5,000 works fine and the other should be $2,700 but only allows $279

Did you check to see where the amount of $279 is coming from? We would suggest you call into our phone support team as they can view your screen to see what the issue might be.
