RRSP withdrawal from a non spousal account

My wife has a self directed RRSP account and a spousal RRSP account which I contribute every year.  She plans to withdraw some money from her own RRSP account (not the spousal account), would the withdrawal be claimed as her income or mine in our income tax form?

RRSP withdrawal from a non spousal account

Withdrawals from her own RRSP are included in her income. There are specific rules for spousal RRSPs
