Splitting my military pension with my wife can I still do it? It is all very confusing now

I have a T4A I am obviously not dead and I am younger than 65.  Yet in the past it was recognized that the spouse was entitle to half the pension for all the support they provided during ones career and I could split my pension income?

NM. It does the pension splitting during the review.  I wish they would indicate it somewhere before that stage...
