T4A(OAS) forms keep coming even after deleting the form

Statement of Old Age Security - T4A(OAS) forms keep coming even after deleting the form and asking me the following message: "Your birthdate indicates that you are 65 or over but you have not reported an amount for Old Age Security" I don't have any income and I don't need this form. Could it be a bug?

When using TurboTax Free, in order to work around the Old Age Security form that keeps populating, click Yes to receiving it and enter a value of 1 cent.  This will not have any tax consequence on the outcome of your income tax return.
