I don't have any prpp contributions and have never had them in the past. I have always paid back using this same method.

If you are receiving this message, it means you have made an entry in the incorrect box on the HBP page. After entering your eligible RRSP Contributions, you need to enter any amount you wish to "designate" as your repayment in the appropriate box for RRSP Contributions, not PRPP as shown in the screenshots.
