Turbo Tax has entered the amount in Box 14 on my T$ slip, into box 29 (RPP contributions) as well. If I try to override it, I cannot netfile. Why did turbo do this ?

Did you use Auto-Fill? If so, then that is what TurboTax got from the CRA. If the amount on line 29 is not correct, then you should contact whoever gave you the T4 slip to get a corrected one issued.
