TurboTax Automatically transferred my tuition to my common law partner. I do my thing she does hers money wise. How do I get that back on my side?

When using TurboTax Standard Online, click on Find in the top right-hand corner, type tuition amount transfer, select it and click Go.  Click continue and you can put the checkmark next to your name for the tuition credits.
