Usually when i submit taxes there is a form to sign by both my wife and i agreeing bto split pension.. this form did not apear in turbo tax why not

There is no need to submit a signed form  ( T 1032 just complete the returns and NetFile them.
If CRA want to have a signed T1032 they will ask for it before completing assessment.
