What do I put for tuition?

Are you supposed to get. a slip from school? Showing how much you paid? I didn't get one. So I manually put it in. But now I'm confuse.

You should receive a T2202 form, a TL11 (A, C, or D) form or a receipt that shows the eligible tuition that you've paid from your educational institution.
