When i click on RRSP info it shows "you told us you had... a Home Buyers Plan" which i must have entered on accident. How do i delete this info?

When i click on the summary at the end and try to "edit" the information it doesn't come up as an option to delete.

At the top of your screen on the right side, there is a “Find” icon, type in "Home Buyers Plan", any entries made can be deleted here.
