If you are using the 2021 Online software, you can access your T4 - Employment Income, T4A(OAS) - Old Age Security and T4A(P) Canada Pension Plan Benefits by following these steps:
1. Sign in to your tax return.
2. On the left-hand side menu click the Income tab.
3. Then click the T-Slips tab.
4. Here is a list of all T-Slips -Scroll down and select T4A(OAS) - Old Age Security and T4A(P) Canada Pension Plan Benefits.
5. Click on Continue.
6. Now you will see each slip with the T4A come up first then once you have entered your information click on Continue/Done with T4A.
7. You will see each slip come up as you go through.
