Why do I show an amount under the following heading. Contribution amount to your spouse's RRSPs?

You will be seeing this if you contributed to a Spousal RRSP plan. When you contribute to a Spousal RRSP, you are considered to be the Contributor and your spouse is the Annuitant. You get the same deduction on Line 208 as you would if you contributed to your own plan.

If you did not contribute to a Spousal RRSP and you are seeing this, you should check that you have entered your contribution as a contribution to your own plan, not your spouse's.
