The amounts you enter from your T2202A for both Tuition and Education "Months" will automatically calculate these credits, which you are entitled to.

As long as you have your corresponding slip to back up your claim (if CRA requests it), you need not worry about a "red flag". It's not unusual to see Tuition & Education Amounts over $5000.
