Why does one of my daughters who is 21 not show up do i can claim tuition

two of my daughters under 19 show up as dependents but my daughter who is 21 does show as a dependent so i can claim tuition transfer amount

Your 21 year old must file her own tax return.  She must use the tuition credit first.  Any remainder can be transferred to you.
