Why does TurboTax allow you to over contribute to RRSP's (i.e. more than $2000 over the RRSP limit) without warning you? That is the whole reason I pay for tax software!

Ultimately, it's up to you to make sure that you are not going over your limit. Even the CRA doesn't update in My Account with your contributions very often, and TurboTax only relies on what you enter or what it gets from the CRA.
