Why is my tuition credit being transfered to my spouse when I did not select the box to transfer it?
If your spouse is claiming the spousal (or common-law partner) amount on your behalf, your spouse is the only person you can transfer your unused tuition and education amounts to. This is according to the tax law and TurboTax is doing it automatically for you.
