You are looking in the wrong place, you are assuming this credit is on your T1, but it is applied to Schedule 1.
Go to FormsView - bottom of your screen Forms, Forms Lookup, then type in Schedule 1 (if not already on the list). Scroll down to line 414 & 413 for your $750 Federal Credit.
