Where Can I correct the form TC-40W Utah Schedule K-1 information?

You will need to make your updates in the federal interview section of the program if you are adjusting any numbers.  

Log back into TurboTax and select the applicable income input section based upon the source of your income.  You will make any applicable adjustments as needed in the appropriate section.

Once you have made any needed changes to your income, you will need to go to the state interview section of the program.

1. Proceed through the interview section of the program until you see the screen titled Utah Tax Withholding.
2. On this screen, make sure you check the box for We received a Utah K-1.
3. The next screen will ask for the details.  Be sure to enter the information from your Form K-1  for the EIN, entity's name, and Utah withholding tax paid by entity.
