I am not a citizen of the US, and don't live in the US. But I work for a US company. Do I have to files taxes?

It depends. Several countries have treaties with the US that would mean that you don't have to file a return. And how that US company is paying you is important - are they issuing you US tax forms and reporting your income on a US W2? Are they taking out US taxes? (If they are then you probably want to file to get those back)
