Line 14 comes from Schedule 4. What line or lines on sch 4?

Did you get any 1099Misc? It could be for self employment tax.

Basically, if you're read the entire line, it says "Other taxes. Attach SCH 4"

So go look at the SCH 4 and see what those other taxes are. Then if you need help beyond the SCH 4 let us know what specifically on the SCH 4 you are questioning, and we'll do our best to steer you to where it comes from before it gets to SCH 4.
