I’m experiencing a glitch where TurboTax is telling me my return was rejected, but when I go to fix it it says my return was accepted.
Which is true and where do I go from here?

I’m experiencing a glitch where TurboTax is telling me my return was rejected, but when I go to fix it it says my return was accepted.
My home page status says rejected but when I follow the prompts to refile it says my return has been accepted. See photos:
