I still have not received my 600.00 stimulus payment. Did it go to a different account? I have not added or changed my bank information.

If past government debts were owed, and the stimulus payments were missed, then the Recovery Rebate Credit would allow collection of the missing payments. But, when the payments were issued as a tax credit, they became accessible to collectors.

To find out the status of your second stimulus payment click the link to create or login to: IRS: View Your Account Information.
Each of the stimulus payments have different rules. The third stimulus payment cannot be used to offset debt. See: What is a refund offset?
For more information about the tax law rules that were passed, click the links below:
The first stimulus payment was for up to $1,200 each.
The second stimulus payment was for up to $600 each.
The third stimulus payment was for up to $1,400 each.

Wow! I can't contact anyone at TurboTax to tell them the IRS 'adjusted' my refund about $600 lower than TurboTax calculated. I tried the chat, waited a long time for someone to be available, but when they were available, all they did was end the chat. I will NEVER use TurboTax again. They make mistakes and don't care. The rely on community to solve their own problems. NEVER again. I used H&R Block the previous year - PERFECT. Sorry, I'll miss any reply to this, because I'm done with this and will NEVER visit again. Filing state return tomorrow, and expect it will also be wrong.

No one at TurboTax can tell you about the IRS adjustment, unfortunately. Only the IRS will be able to provide any information on the processing of tax returns. It appears there is an issue with the recovery rebate and you should be receiving a notice from the IRS in the mail soon. The notice will provide contact information and instructions on how to handle the situation if you do no agree with their adjustment. You can attempt to contact them now, or wait for the notice which should be arriving soon. @ricardo33909
