What type of 1099-B are you trying to import? If you're not able to import your 1099, you can always enter it manually. While in your tax return, select I'll type it in myself or Skip Import and proceed.

Do I type a "0" or fill in the loss box and put the numeral down - VA form 760 line 15. The instructions do not say. My result is negative.
