(without providing personal information) I had some changes in my year and I needed to speak with a LIVE PERSON! as to how to proceed. I was given a CASE NUMBER 3 TIMES. All three times I called and your AI took me on a runaround until I was disconnected. I need to speak with someone. I can't be any more clear than that!
