 (without providing personal information)  I had some changes in my year and I needed to speak with a LIVE PERSON! as to how to proceed.  I was given a CASE NUMBER 3 TIMES.  All three times I called and your AI took me on a runaround until I was disconnected.  I need to speak with someone.  I can't be any more clear than that!

So what you're telling me is after I have tried every possible way to find the answer I needed.  Then tried to reach a supposed expert;  I should just start all over again.

Are you familiar with the definition of insanity?

Because what I'm reading here is... Have your taxes done somewhere else, we no longer offer any customer support.
