Using purchased TurboTax 2022 cd, my son prepared his 2022 return but did not netfile. Since then, the software was removed from his laptop. We no longer have the cd. I set up an online acct with TurboTax to reopen his TT22 file but the online software only allows me to start a new return for 2022.
Can I open an existing TT22 file using TurboTax online to netfile the return?
