2025 Premier will not install on my MacBook

Using Safari or Chrome I go to installturbotax.com and select TurboTax premier for macOS and a file is downloaded to my desktop. I double click that file and a TurboTax 2025 window opens. However, where it says to drag the file to my applications folder the file has a white circle with a white slash. I drag it anyway and it says copying to Applications but then the file in Applications folder also has the white circle with slash and won’t open. Instead, an error message about incompatible versions. I have a current version of Ventura OS and I can’t find any reason why the TT2025 version is not compatible with my macOS. Any advice?
