30400 Amount $0 for Amount for Elligible Dependent
I have seen many others asking about this problem with the program. The answer is you must not have been separated from the parent long enough. I never been with the father so separation complications are not possible. I should have always been eligible, I have checked the credit box and it shows up but it says 0. Income amounts are fine. The amount should be $500. How do we fix this? Thank you
